Die Installation ist leider nicht (vollständig) ausgeführt worden und Aktivkohlestaub ist aus dem Filter ausgetreten.
Dieser Kohlestaub muss durch Spülung entfernt werden, danach ist die Filterkartusche normal nutzbar.
Der Kohlestaub ist auch nicht giftig, selbst getrunken würde diese Aktivkohle im Körper Giftstoffe binden (wie medizinische Kohletabletten).
Bitte spülen Sie die Filterkartusche nochmals am Wasserhahn oder filtern weitere ca. 8 Liter Wasser, dann wird der Kohlestaub beseitigt sein und der Filter ist normal nutzbar.
